Honestly, if you can think of a negative emotion or concept and combine it with Germany, there’s a solid chance it leads you to Hitler. But the simplest way to craft this dictator is by combining Dust and Germany. Here’s each step you’ll need to do just that.

- Ocean + Earth = Island
- Island + Island = Continent
- Earth + Earth = Mountain
