How To Get The Speaker’s Sight Exotic in Destiny 2

Remember The Speaker? He's back...kinda.

For those Destiny 2 players out there who played Destiny 1, you would be all too familiar with The Speaker. In The Final Shape, it seems that Bungie has hinted at this long-forgotten figure in the form of a new Warlock Exotic helmet: The Speaker’s Sight.

The Final Shape has brought with it a myriad of new weapons, armor, and of course Exotics. So if you’re a Warlock and you’ve been wanting to get your hands on this Exotic, then we’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about how to get The Speaker’s Sight Exotic in Destiny 2: The Final Shape.

Where Does The Speaker’s Sight Exotic Drop in Destiny 2?

Currently, the only way to obtain The Speaker’s Sight in Destiny 2 is to decrypt Exotic engrams via The Cryptarch, Master Rahool. Unfortunately for those players who have grown accustomed to farming Legend and Master Lost Sectors, or even Vex Incursions, these traditional farms are no longer viable for getting Exotics in The Final Shape.

However, in The Final Shape, Master Rahool now serves as a reputation vendor. Once you progress through his levels by decrypting engrams, you will unlock focused decoding. Focused Decoding will allow Guardians to advance a lot faster through reputation levels as well.

The Speaker’s Sight Exotic Perk

Compared to the myriad of other exotic gear introduced with The Final Shape expansion, Speaker’s Sight appears rather straightforward. Its “Restorative Turret” operates much like those generated by the Edge of Intent, emitting five waves of seeking healing projectiles over approximately 15 seconds, providing both Restoration and Cure effects. Notably, this exotic is compatible with healing grenades, extending its utility to Warlocks on Prismatic as well.

The prevailing sentiment within the community suggests that Speaker’s Sight may not be the optimal choice in most situations. While the turret offers a unique twist, the effectiveness of the base healing grenade is substantial enough that players may opt to focus on offensive strategies instead.

So there you have it! That’s everything you need to know about how to get The Speaker’s Sight in Destiny 2: The Final Shape. For more information on how to get the Gifted Conviction Exotic chest piece for Hunters, be sure to check out more of our guides.
