How to Get the Luxurious Toast Sitting Emote in Destiny (2023)

Kick your feet up, have a glass of royal wine

Destiny 2 might be a looter shooter, but that doesn’t mean you can’t lounge around in style. And there are certain sit emotes that are better and rarer than others. Here’s how to get the Luxurious Toast Sitting Emote in Destiny 2.

How to Get the Luxurious Toast Sitting Emote in Destiny (2023)

How many times have you sat between encounters in the raid as your fireteam optimizes their load out, gone for a bag of chips, or decided to just shoot the breeze? If the answer is a lot, like it is for me, then you know just how important a good sit emote is. And none is so coveted, so decadent, as the Luxurious Toast Sitting Emote in Destiny 2. There are two ways to get it:

  • Complete the first encounter in the Statue Garden of the Spire of Stars raid lair. There is a chance the emote will drop from this encounter’s chest.
  • Complete the Spire of Stars during the Moments of Triumph Event for a guaranteed Luxurious Toast emote drop.

Now, here’s the bad news. Spire of Stars was released in 2018 and vaulted in 2020. Which means there’s no chest in the Statue Garden to farm. And it’s unlikely that it will ever come back. Spire of Stars, like Eater of Worlds, was a raid lair. These end-game activities seem to have been discontinued in favor of dungeons, with Spire of Stars being the last raid lair Destiny 2 has ever seen.

And because Luxurious Toast never hit the Eververse, you won’t get it from a Bright Engram either. But I suspect if Bungie brings it back, it’ll fall right into Tess Everis’ purple hands, for the low, low price of 1,000 Silver.

While this news might be utterly disheartening, don’t walk away empty-handed. Here’s the complete list of all free emblem and emote codes in Destiny 2, which you can redeem right now. Check it out here: Destiny 2: All Free Emblem Codes (June 2023).
