Where Does The Balance of Power Exotic Drop in Destiny 2?

Unlike most Exotics in Destiny 2, Balance of Power does not drop from Legend and Master Lost Sectors. Instead, you’ll have to rely solely on having good luck with Master Rahool. By turning in Exotic Engrams to Master Rahool, who now has reputation levels, you will have a chance at unlocking this Exotic leg armor in the game.

Guardians can also utilize Focused Exotic decryption with Rahool, provided they unlock access. To do so, they must progress to the reputation cap and subsequently reset. This process should grant access to particular items in exchange for an Exotic Engram and an Exotic Cypher.

Balance of Power Exotic Perk

As previously stated, the Balance of Power Exotic Leg Armor is mainly targeted at Strand Hunters by increasing the effectiveness of your Threaded Specter builds.

Here is the official description of the Exotic perk, “Double Down”:

  • Double Down: Your Threaded Specter has increased duration and durability, and damaging it releases additional Threadlings. While near your Threaded Specter, you do not appear on the radar.
