You're going to need this.

As you progress through StarRupture’s production line, you’ll eventually need to send more complex tools to corporations that aren’t automatically available as part of the Fabricator’s recipe list. To craft Stator, you’ll first need to find its blueprint, and here’s the exact location for it.

Stator Blueprint Location in StarRupture

The Blueprint for the Stator can be found in a Blue Storage Box at the Griffith’s Research Outpost, located north of your starting location.

  • The Griffith’s Research Outpost is visible from the starting location, and you’ll need to make your way there, which only takes a few minutes.
  • I have marked it on the map as well, and it’s a very straight path with no obstacles on the way.
  • Before leaving, I recommend grabbing a bunch of ammo for your weapon because you’ll fight a few waves of bugs at this place.
  • Once you’ve cleared out the initial wave of enemies, make your way to the first floor of the second building.
  • Upon reaching this place, you’ll have to take on another wave of enemies. It can be a bit tough because it’s an enclosed area, but these bugs aren’t that hard, especially if you aim for the weak spots.
  • After that, simply loot the Blue Storage Box, which contains the Stator Blueprint, Security Logger (Valuable), and 15 Warbonds.
  • You can analyze the Security Logger for a good chunk of Data Points, and the Warbonds can be used to unlock weapons and attachments.
  • While you’re here, make sure to loot the Orange storage box for a few goodies right under the first building’s broken stairs.

After you have the Blueprint, head back to your Habitat and insert the Stator Blueprint under the Fabricator section in the Recipe Station. You will also need 300 Wolfram Wire, 600 Data Points, and 300 Titanium Housing to unlock the Stator Recipe to be used in the Fabricator.

Overall, it’s not that difficult to obtain this particular blueprint, and I really like how the game has a focus on exploration that extends beyond regular resources and lore. There are more blueprints to find in Arcadia-7, and for the most part, you are naturally led to them.
