How to Get Spice-Infused Copper Dust and Plasteel Microflora Fiber in Dune Awakening

Why hit two birds with one stone if you can hit three.

Spiced-Infused Copper Dust and Plasteel Microflora Fiber are used for several crafting recipes in Dune Awakening. However, it can be tough to find them for the Wreck of the Alcyon, the Right of Salvage questline, and some important recipes.

Here’s where you can easily find the Spice-Infused Copper Dust and Plasteel Microflora Fiber in Dune Awakening.

Where to Get Spice-Infused Copper Dust in Dune Awakening

Spiced-Infused Copper Dust is needed for several crafting recipes, and you should capitalize on farming it when you are on the Wreck of the Alcyon quest. You can find the Spiced-Infused Copper Dust inside the Wreck of the Alcyon, inside the crates. Crates may only have one to three pieces of Spiced-Infused Copper Dust each, so you’ll have to circle around. Go to the bottom floor and go to the back side of the wreckage. There should be 2-3 crates here.

If you don’t have enough, go up a level with the locked doorway. You’ll need an identification card to go through it, or you can just go to the side and circle around the back.

Inside the locked room, you’ll find a big container that should contain a Kaleff’s Drinker schematic, Spiced-Infused Copper Dust, Plasteel Microflora Fiber, and some Solari coins. Next to it, you can find the identification band so you can use the locked room.

If you don’t want to go to the Wreck of the Alcyon and need more dust, go to the Scavenger Camps and look for crates. Go to the camps near the Tradepost instead of the one near the starting area.

Where to Get Plasteel Microflora Fiber in Dune Awakening

You can find Plasteel Microflora Fiber by opening the same crates in the Wreck of Alcyon. However, if you just go for the one or two crates outside, you won’t get 10, which is needed for the quest. You need to open the big container, which should have 8+ Plasteel Microflora Fibers.

Once you have 10 Plasteel Microflora Fibers, you can look for Mechanic Parts next, which should finish the Wreck of Alcyon questline. Mechanic Parts are rarer, but you only need two. You can also find them inside the crates, but they also drop from enemies roaming around the wreckage. Personally, I found more than two, including one from a shielded scavenger.

Once you finish the quest, you can also finish the Holtzman Amplifier contract in the same area. If you didn’t get this contract from the contract board in the Tradepost, ignore this.

Don’t forget to get the free Kaleff’s Drinker schematic. You might finish the quest without even looting the big container since crates respawn items quickly. The Kaleff’s Drinker is a great melee upgrade, and it only needs Copper Ingots, Plasteel Microflora Fibers, and Spice-Infused Copper Dust, which are all found in the Wreck of the Alcyon. The Hajra Literjon also needs these materials, which will help you get more hydration, so you can farm more materials than needed.
