While you may not wish to outright play a heavy weapon build, though you should consider doing so at least once, it’s never a bad idea to have a fallback weapon. And in this case, a minigun with a high rate of fire will wipe the floor with any foe you face. That is, so long as you have enough ammunition to not run dry in a matter of seconds. Here is how to get the N67 Smartgun in Starfield!

To get the N67 Smartgun in Starfield, you can buy this unique heavy weapon from UC Distribution in the Commercial District of New Atlantis. You’ll need to hand over tens of thousands of credits to walk away with this heavy weapon, unfortunately. As such, it’s typically a mid-game gun.

It’s important to mention that this same vendor at UC Distribution will also sell Rapidshot, another unique shotgun that is worth every penny!

With two out of six mod slots in use, a high rate of fire but low accuracy, and incredible size, the N67 Smartgun can quickly become your go-to weapon for clearing out Ecliptic or Spacers. Just pop on a few new mods, stock up on ammunition, and you’re good to hold down the trigger for a few seconds until all of your ammunition is spent!

If you can get past the overwhelming size of the N67 Smartgun, as it is one of the heaviest weapons I’ve personally found in-game, then this is an exceptional heavy weapon in Starfield. The high rate of fire and large magazine size turn you into a walking turret.

If you want something a bit lighter, though, we recommend Feather!
