How to Use Legendary Modules in Fallout 76
Legendary Modules are used to apply legendary effects to weapons and armor, essentially upgrading them with random perks. They can also be used to craft some armor sets in the game.
Crafting legendary items can be done at either the weapons or armor workbench, then selecting the item you want to upgrade. Choose the Random Legendary Mods option, then pick how many mods you want to roll.
You can roll one to three mods at a time, but that will cost more Legendary Cores and Legendary Modules. The mods can be rerolled as many times as players have enough of both currencies to get new perks instead.
