Hades 2 players can get Glassrock by mining the rocky mineral in the game’s third area, the Mourning Fields. Players can only get to this area after clearing the Erebus boss, Hecate, and Scylla in the Oceanus region. Players will have to go through both regions again in subsequent runs to get back to the Mourning Fields.

Glassrock can be mined with the Crescent Pick tool, which can be unlocked with one Ash at the beginning of the game. Melinoë can only equip one tool at a time, so make sure it is equipped at the Silver Pools before starting the next run.

The Glassrock looks like a pointy purple rock and can be quite rare to find in the Mourning Fields. The region is different than the other regions because it consists of a few open fields and a series of interconnected rooms.

The fields are much larger than the stuffy rooms, so players will have to search all around the edges. Thankfully, mining the Ore Deposit will give you three Glassrock each time.

Glassrock is necessary to unlock the Argent Skull weapon and a few Weapon Aspects, but the most important upgrade the resource is used for is the Crescent Pick Rank II upgrade. This will allow players to mine even more minerals from Ore Deposits each time. This will come in handy for upgrades later in the game, where some can require more than 10 minerals in a single upgrade.
