You can obtain Dreamlight by completing various Dreamlight Duties and miscellaneous achievements in the game. By heading into your game menu and selecting the Dreamlight menu, you’ll find a list of every challenge in the game that’ll net you some. Whether you are an expert fisherman or love cooking, you’ll have plenty of tasks to finish. Depending on the achievement’s difficulty, you’ll usually get around 50-250 Dreamlight.

In particular, Dreamlight Duties are the easiest to complete and will usually reward you with 150-250 Dreamlight. These include tasks like selling and serving meals, catching fish and mining minerals. As you finish more Dreamlight Duties, you’ll gain more to complete, making it worthwhile to focus on these while claiming other achievements as a side bonus.

Another option for getting Dreamlight is crafting it using Dream Shards. For every 10 Dream Shards you have, you’ll receive 250 Dreamlight. Head to any nearby crafting table to find the option under “Potion & Enchantment”. While this may not be viable if you’re having difficulty finding Dream Shards, it’s useful if you need some Dreamlight and have some shards left over. If you haven’t gotten any shards yet, you can find them by clearing Night Thorns after progressing through the main story.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available to play on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation platforms through the official website.
