Where to Find Belladonna in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Belladonna is a rare but essential ingredient in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, used to craft powerful potions.
From Troskowitz, there are two prime spots to find Belladonna. The first location is south of the Troskowitz butcher’s shop. Head in that direction until you reach a forest. Cross through the forest, and you’ll come across a straight road (as shown in the image below).

You’ll find plenty of Belladonna growing in this area.
The second location near Troskowitz is to the southwest. This will lead you to a deer hunting site, where you can find Belladonna in abundance.
If you’re in Zhelejov, make your way west until you reach the Nameless Spring area in the forest. This spot is teeming with Belladonna (its exact location is marked in the image below).

As an added bonus, there’s a basket nearby that you can loot. If you open it, you will score around 21 Belladonna in one go, and it makes this a particularly rewarding location.
All Traders Who Sell Belladonna in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Early in the game, you can purchase Belladonna from Aranka, who resides in the Nomad Camp. You will likely visit this camp for sword lessons from Tomcat, so it is a convenient stop.
Aranka typically has 12 Belladonna in stock. If you buy her entire supply, wait 1-2 in-game days, and her stock will replenish.

For a larger supply, visit Herbalist Barnaby, located north of both Tachov and Trosky Castle. Barnaby keeps 15 Belladonna in stock, which is slightly more than Aranka. Similar to Aranka, if you buy him out, return after a few in-game days, and his stock will refresh.
Should You Buy Dried Belladonna

Apothecary Emmerich is one of the first traders you’ll encounter in Troskowitz who specializes in potions and alchemy supplies. He sells a variety of useful flowers and herbs needed for crafting potions, including Belladonna. This makes him a convenient resource for players looking to stock up on essential ingredients without venturing too far.
However, there is an important detail to note: Emmerich sells dried Belladonna. While dried ingredients have the advantage of lasting longer in your inventory without spoiling, they come with a trade-off.
Dried Belladonna, like other dried herbs, loses some of its potency compared to fresh versions. This means that potions brewed with dried Belladonna are less likely to be as strong or effective as those made with fresh Belladonna.
On the plus side, dried Belladonna is cheaper to buy, making it a budget-friendly option for players who do not want to spend too much Groschen or time foraging for fresh ingredients. Ultimately, whether you choose dried or fresh Belladonna comes down to your priorities.
