Getting all passive skill points in Path of Exile 2’s campaign can confuse players because of all the quests and objectives. Here’s a one-stop guide for all the passive skill points you can get from the campaign, including all permanent bonuses in Path of Exile 2.
How to Get All Passive Skill Points and Bonuses in Path of Exile 2
Act 1 Passive Skill Points and Bonuses

Here are all the passive skill points and permanent bonuses available in Act 1:
- Una’s Hut in the Ogham Farmlands – Grants Two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
- The Crowbell in the Hunting Grounds – Grants Two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
- The King in the Mists in Freythorn – Grants +30 Spirit
- Beira of the Rotten Pack in Clearfell – Grants +10% to Cold Resistance
- Candlemass, the Living Rite in Chapel of the Fallen – Grants +20 Maximum Life
There are only four passive skill points here, and they are hard to miss. You want to prioritize Beira of the Rotten Pack, though, since the Cold Resistance will help you beat Count Geonor, especially considering how hard it is to get some good resistance early in the campaign.
Act 2 Passive Skill Points and Bonuses

Here are all the passive skill points and permanent bonuses available in Act 2:
- Kabala, the Constrictor Queen in Keth – Grants Two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
- Final Letter in Deshar – Grants Two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
- Sisters of Garukhan Shrine in Spires of Deshar – Grants +10% Lightning Resistance
Kabala, the Constrictor Queen may also drop the Kabala Clan Relic, which is useful later for more permanent buffs when combined with the Sun Clan Relic.
Act 3 Passive Skill Points and Bonuses

Here are all the passive skill points and permanent bonuses available in Act 3:
- Mighty Silverfist in Jungle Ruins – Grants Two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
- Ignagduk, The Bog Witch – Grants +30 Spirit
- Slithering Dead quest in The Venom Crypts – Choose among +25 increased Stun Threshold, +30 Elemental Ailment Threshold, and +25% increased Mana Regeneration.
- Blackjaw, the Remnant in the Jiquani’s Machinarium – Grants +10% Fire Resistance
- Sacrificial Heart in Aggorat – Grants Two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
Ignagduk, the Bog Witch, should help you get some auras active at this point in the campaign. Most players rush to it to get a massive power spike in their build. The Slithering Dead quest is a bit annoying as you need to look for the vial and the bonuses aren’t that useful until probably in the endgame.
Cruel Difficulty Passive Skill Points and Bonuses
The cruel difficulty repeats Act 1-3, and you can get all the passive skill points from the same bosses and objectives written above. There are only a few differences when it comes to permanent bonuses.
- Candlemass, the Living Rite – Grants +8% Maximum Life
- Ignagduk, the Bog Witch – Grants +40 Spirit
- Slithering Dead quest – Choose among +10% Chaos Resistance, +5 to all attributes, and +15 reduced slowing potency of debuffs on you.
Candlemass, the Living Rite, gives more maximum life, and Ignagduk, the Bog Witch, gives more Spirit. The Slithering Dead quest becomes more worth it as +5 to all attributes or +10% to Chaos Resistance is incredibly strong, especially since you are preparing for the endgame already.
It is also worth noting that Cruel difficulty is a “temporary” thing. Since Path of Exile 2 is in early access, only Acts 1-3 are available. Once the game releases, there will be Acts 4-6, which will replace the Cruel difficulty section.
The bonuses and passive skill points might also change in the future. This guide will be updated as soon as the next half of the campaign is released.
