Everyone who owns the game can start playing God of War Ragnarok Valhalla for free, but some players have run into the Content Not Found W-118729-7 error. Luckily this is an easy fix and I can help you out with this simple error guide.
God of War Ragnarok Valhalla Content Not Found W-118728-7 Solution
To fix the Content Not Found W-118728-7 error, you need to manually download the God of War Ragnarok Valhalla DLC pack from the PlayStation store. Even if you already downloaded the most recent updates for the game, you still need to go in and claim the DLC for yourself. I was lucky enough to avoid any more errors, but I still had to head into the store after my own update.
There are two ways that you can go about getting the download. In my own case, I selected the “Valhalla” option in the main menu for the game. This brought me directly to the PlayStation store page, where I could download the version of the DLC I needed, which ended up being about 8GB in total.
If that doesn’t work, you can manually head to the PlayStation store on the home page of your console. From there, just search the God of War Ragnarok title and open up the store page. When you scroll down, you can find all the possible DLC options. Select the Valhalla DLC and wait for it to finish downloading.
Once that’s all set, you can head back into the game and start up the new game mode. You don’t need to worry about any previous saves either because Valhalla is essentially an entirely separate Roguelite game with its own progression. But if you haven’t finished the main story, there are still some major spoilers.
To save any additional grief with the new DLC, make sure you know how to get started in Valhalla.
