How to Finish Properties All Around in Escape from Tarkov

I hope there are Roubles in there.

Escape from Tarkov has several annoying quests where you need to get a quest item, and these items have multiple spawn locations. It gets harder to remember, especially since the game wipes. Some may even have more than five different spawn locations locked in rooms, like the Properties All Around quest in Streets of Tarkov. Here’s a guide showing all the possible spawn locations of the documents for Properties All Around in Escape from Tarkov.

How to Complete the Properties All Around Task in Escape from Tarkov

Here are the objectives you must complete to finish the Properties All Around task:

  • Locate the real estate fund on Streets of Tarkov
  • Locate and obtain the Tarkov real estate transactions document
  • Hand over the obtained information

The task is finished in Streets of Tarkov, and the real estate fund is fairly easy to find. The real estate fund is conveniently located near the cinema and beside the vehicle extraction point. There are even two PMC spawn spots near this location. If you can get these spots, you’ll easily finish the task since the vehicle extraction is there. You don’t need to “survive” the raid, and you can finish the raid as a run-through once you get the document.

The Real Estate Fund Location on Streets of Tarkov

As mentioned, the building you are looking for is near the vehicle extraction and the cinema or courthouse, as seen in the image above. The entrance to the building is open as the road in front of it is extremely wide, and you can see it from the other side. It is easy to go inside, but if you are caught, there is only one way outside the building, and players tend to camp at the main door. Take this into consideration when going inside.

All Possible Spawns for the Tarkov Real Estate Transactions Documents in Streets of Tarkov

First and Second Spawns

The first two spawns for the documents are in the office on the left. When entering the building, look for the open door on the left and enter the office. Look for the shelves with the folders on the floor in the upper-left corner of the room.

Third and Fourth Spawns

The third and fourth spawns are on the second floor. When you go up the stairs, turn right to the open office. Both spawns are also on the shelves.

Locked Room Spawns (Fifth and Sixth)

When you go up to the second floor, you can go left and see a locked office. If you came from the office on the right, go back and look for the office on the opposite end. You’ll need the Real estate agency office room key, which is quite cheap.

If you have the key, which is optional, you can open the office and check for two more spawns. If the document spawned in the first four spawns, this doesn’t matter. It is up to you if you want to buy the key. You can run multiple raids and hope the document spawns in the first four locations.

After getting the documents, you can also go to the camp to get more technical supplies for money or quests like Fuel Conditioners. The camp has multiple high-value spawns, such as LedX or Bronze Lions and Cat Figurine spawns, in the building.
