How to Find Uber Lilith in Diablo 4

After you complete the World Tier 4: Torment Capstone Dungeon, you can find Uber Lilith (Echo of Lilith) in Nevesk church.

The hardest boss in Diablo 4 isn’t the capstone dungeons, the Butcher, or even the Bloodmarked sweat in the Fields of Hatred. It’s Uber Lilith, a shadow of the daughter of hatred who is so much stronger than you might expect. And finding her is pretty easy.

You just have to go back to where it all began.

You first encountered Lilith, at least indirectly, in Nevesk. She was resurrected in the nearby dungeon and appeared to the town’s people in their church. They became her first followers, and they were the ones who fed you her Blood Petals at the start of the game. Now, Lilith’s sigil glows with an infernal fire in the church’s burnt ruins. But to challenge Lilith one more time, you’ll need to complete the World Tier 4: Torment Capstone Dungeon.

Once you’re in World Tier 4, challenging Lilith is as easy as interacting with her bright scarlet sigil in the Nevesk church. You’ll be transported into the campaign’s final boss room, where you’ll then be able to fight Lilith with no fuss. But be warned—she’s level 100 and hits like a ton of bricks.

The first person to defeat Lilith used the Whirlwind Barbarian build, which likely takes advantage of a bug that allows Whirlwind to stack damage infinitely. But that build wouldn’t have done half as well without the Unique item, Temerity. Check out all the unique items in Diablo 4 here: All Unique Items in Diablo 4.

How to Beat Uber Lilith In Diablo 4

Uber Lilith can be a pain to deal with. You’ll need to have the best, most-optimized build, or you will get completely stomped. We have a few strategies for you to use when defeating this nightmarish boss.

Make sure you’re level 100 before attempting this fight. You should also level up as many glyphs as possible in Nightmare Dungeons. You’ll also need to increase Vulnerable Damage, Critical Damage, and Critical Strike as much as possible. These are key in defeating Lilith, as you’ll need to make her vulnerable and hit her with high crit damage repeatedly. Make sure you also increase Damage Resistance and try to get uniques with this stat.

You’ll need plenty of defensive abilities, damage resistance buffs, and invulnerability skills to avoid Uber Lilith’s deadly aerial attack. Watch out for the triangle formation or you’ll die in one shot.

Essence is the most important stat for this entire fight. Make sure your base is at least around 220 and throw on a +50 max elixir as well. You need around 75% or higher essence for the entire fight.

The Easiest Strategy for Defeating Uber Lilith in Diablo 4

Uber Lilith is incredibly overtuned, but what more can you expect from the game’s final boss? She’s meant to be the ultimate damage check. But the best way to take her by the horns and vanquish her once and for all is to do enough DPS before she can activate any of her mechanics.

By doing this successfully, you can prevent her from using her special moves, thus skipping some of the most difficult patterns of the fight.

The best builds for stomping Uber Lilith are:

  • Frenzy Barbarian
  • Boulder Druid
  • Bone Spear Necromancer
  • Poison Twisting Blades Rogue
  • Ball Lightning Sorcerer
