How to Find and Breed Menasting in Palworld

The Unstoppable Stinger? More like Unfindable Stinger

Menasting is one of those Pals you might never run into despite hours and hours of game time. Here’s how to find and breed Menasting in Palworld.

How to Find and Breed Menasting in Palworld

Menasting was one of the last Pals I added to my Paldeck, after Necromous and Paladius. And it wasn’t like I was saving the Unstoppable Stinger for last. I just couldn’t find him. There are three ways to get Menasting in Palworld. You can fight the Alpha boss version, catch it in the wild, or breed it.

How to Find Alpha Boss Menasting in Palworld

Alpha Bosses are nice because they have static spawns, and after defeating them, you know they’ll respawn a day later. But Alpha Menasting can be difficult to find because it’s inside the mountain.

To get to it, you’ll need to find the Desiccated Mineshaft, which is at the base of the mountain on the southern side. It’s easy to locate the mineshaft entrance at night, as torches are at the entrance. The precise coordinates for the mineshaft entrance are 516, 101.

Once you’ve found the entrance, head inside, and you’ll find the level 44 Alpha Menasting. It’s a Dark and Ground-type Pal, so Dragon-type Pals are ideal. When you defeat or capture it, Menasting will drop the following items:

  • 16 Ancient Civilization Parts.
  • 20 Coal.
  • 18 Venom Organ.
  • 3 Precious Claw.

How to Catch Menasting in the Wild in Palworld

If you want to try your luck at catching Menasting in the Wild, you have quite the hike ahead of you. You’ll need to go to Wildlife Sanctuary No. 2, which is on the far southwest portion of the map. The best way to get there is to get to the end of the “pier” (in reality, a series of long blocks that’s not flat) on the north side of Mount Obsidian.

From here, you have a good jump point to reach Wildlife Sanctuary No. 2. This Sanctuary is home to several rare Pals, and Menasting is a somewhat rare spawn here. Note, if the mercenaries on the island see you, you’ll be given a “trespassing” charge. And they handle this by shooting at you.

How to Breed Menasting in Palworld

Menasting is a creature that can only be bred with the most random and unholy of combinations. Here are some of the most accessible options:

Parent 1Parent 2
BlazamutPenking
BlazamutGrintale
Mossanda LuxCryolinx
CinnamothSuzaku Aqua
Pyrin NoctRelaxurus (Lux)
Pyrin NoctLyleen
BeakonMammorest
SibelyxSuzaku
KingpacaSuzaku

Of course, to breed Menasting, its parents will need to be opposite genders. Once you have your compatible breeding pair, you can throw them into a Breeding Farm, place a cake into the farm’s box, and then sit back and wait patiently. You should get a Menasting egg after about 15 to 20 minutes, which you can hatch via an Egg Incubator. When the egg hatches, it should result in a brand new Menasting that will then be sent directly to your Palbox.

And now that you have a Menasting, you can also breed the excellent Lyleen Noct!
