Quickhack Components and Crafting Components are somewhat identical in Cyberpunk 2077, except that the first is used to craft Quickhacks while the latter is used to craft Weapons.

There are multiple ways you can farm quickhack components, which you will find below:
Complete the Breach Protocol Minigame on Access Points and Terminals
Around your surroundings, you will find many Access Points and Terminals that you can hack with the help of the Intelligence attribute. Each Access Point or Terminal will require you to have a certain attribute level before you can hack it. If you have the required amount of intelligence, you can access the terminal or access point and play a Breach Protocol minigame.
Each minigame will display a list of sequences you can achieve, and each sequence will net you a different amount of quickhack components. Complete the sequences and you will get the quickhack components.

Disassemble Quickhacks
When you access the quickhacks you own from your Cyberdeck Inventory, you will find many duplicate and irrelevant quickhacks you can disassemble in exchange for quickhack components.
As you level up and progress further in the story, you will get access to many quickhacks, which will be lying in your inventory. You can only use a few quickhacks at a time. Check whether you plan to use the quickhacks and disassemble them if you don’t have any use for them.
Buy Quickhack Crafting Specs
Before the Update 2.0, you were able to buy quickhack components from the Netrunner shop for a certain price. However, prior to the update, you could only get crafting specs for Quickhack Components and not the components.
But still, you can buy the crafting specs of the tier of Quickhack Component you want and craft it yourself using the crafting menu.
Loot Quickhack Components From Enemy Netrunners
After the Update 2.0, you can now loot quickhack components from Enemy Netrunners. Netrunners are a special type of enemies that are the hackers of that group. When in combat, they are equipped with their quickhacks and use them on you. If you defeat them, you will see that they will drop quickhack components and Quickhack Crafting Specs.
