The Division 2 Easter event is live, and there are tons of fun quests, including hunting down actual easter eggs from enemies. You’re going to need a lot of these, but there are some methods to cut down the time exponentially.
So, here are the best methods to farm Easter eggs fast in The Division 2.
How to get Eggs in The Division 2
To get Easter eggs in The Division 2 during the Easter Event, you need to destroy enemy weakpoints. Destroying these will drop an Easter egg that you can then pick up. The Easter Event Easter Project quest requires you to collect 100 Easter eggs. Completing this quest nets you the following rewards:
- Named Item Cache
- Recalibration Cache
- Optimization Cache
- Rabbit Season Boots

Best Easter Egg Farm in The Division 2
The best way to quickly farm Easter eggs in The Division 2 is by repeatedly breaking the Chunga enemy’s ammo belt. The Invaded Air and Space Museum has a guaranteed Chunga final boss, and you can also find them easily on the Jefferson Memorial map. Kill all other enemies in the area and focus on breaking the ammo belt under the Chunga’s minigun, which will reward you with an Easter egg. This farm should get you 100 eggs within 5 to 10 minutes.

You’ll know you successfully broke it when the Chunga crouches to repair its belt. You can then immediately break the belt again and stunlock the Chunga in this animation while farming an Easter egg for every belt break. If you’re lucky, it will also spawn another Elite Chunga you can farm. The best weapon for the Chunga farm is the pistol and shield combo since it is safe, precise, saves ammo, and is unlikely to kill the Chunga.
If you find the Chunga farm too repetitive or boring, you can also try some runs of the Federal Emergency Bunker. There are plenty of enemies here with weakspots, and characters like Firefly can easily break them. Another option is the Pathway Park beginning with Demolisher, as you can get 5 Eggs from the enemies right at the entrance and can rinse and repeat without having to reset
Division 2 Easter Egg Bug
Many players have reported a bug where their Easter egg count goes down to zero, despite having farmed plenty of them earlier. There is no exact fix to get them back, but since the Chunga egg farm is so quick, we suggest getting it all done in one go. This completes your Easter egg hunt and also saves you from a potential loss of progress.
That’s all you need to know about the best Easter egg farm in The Division 2. You should also check out how to get a Diamondback Exotic Rifle.
