Getting to level 34 isn’t much of a challenge, but if you’re trying to speed up the process, don’t forget about EXP Candies. On top of that, you can use the new “Let’s Go” feature which allows your Pokemon to auto-battle in the wild. You obtain less experience than in regular fights, but you can quickly decimate a pack of wild Pokemon without skipping a beat. While you’re exploring, have Hippopotas fighting everything in the area. It’s a slower process than using candies, but it’s quicker than doing regular battles repeatedly.
