If you got stuck in the Titans’ Grudge story mission, where you have to escape the World of Dreams in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you are not alone.
It took me a while to find the solution, but the clue was there all along. Here’s a quick guide on how to escape the World of Dreams in DSTS.
How to Finish the Titans’ Grudge Mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger

To skip right to the thick of it, you’ll enter the World of Dreams and see Bacchusmon in the middle. You’ll see five gates or portals, as seen in the image above.
You start on the left side and go through portals 1 and 2. Naturally, you’ll want to go right since that’s where you need to go. You’ll notice that you never reach the 6th because you keep going into a loop.
The portals take you in this order: 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5 > 1.
Now, this is actually correct. You need to go through that order first. By entering the 5th portal, you are coming out of the 1st portal, but on the right side instead of the left side.
Notice how this dream started, where you are running from left to right and being “forced” to enter the first portal first.

The solution is to stay in 1 and literally run to Bacchusmon in the middle. You’ll literally float and walk past him. It is a dream after all. Keep going straight, and the path will force you to take the 4th portal and exit through the 6th portal. Keep going and you’ll see a cutscene.
As a note, this area is a great way to level some Digimon, as going through these portals respawns the enemies almost instantly.
How to Beat the Witchmon in Digimon Story Time Stranger

After the cutscene, you’ll face Witchmon. Witchmon is strong against Vaccine and weak against Virus Digimon. Get some Virus Digimon active in your battle setup. Someone like Orochimon or Dragomon could do some serious damage.
As long as you have some Ultimate evolutionary level Digimon, you should be fine against Witchmon. She does a lot of AoE attacks, and when she chains those combos, it can be lethal.
As for her charge attack, she takes two full turns before she unleashes her attack, giving you two rounds of free damage for everyone in your party, including Bacchusmon, who also deals a lot of damage.
When she charges, she opens her hand as a new target. Target the hand instead of her, as she takes the damage anyway if you hit the hand. Hitting the hand allows you to break the charge, nulling her ultimate charge attack, Baluluna Gale. If her charge attack goes through, guard, and you should be fine. You have the chance to get afflicted with Injured, forcing you to cure the ailment along with healing your party.
You can save your Cross Arts for when she charges to make sure you can always hit the break during her charge attack. Keep fighting and rinse and repeat until you get her down.
