How to Easily Farm High Quality Cloth in Palworld

Palworld is all about farming those resources and staying alive. And High Quality Cloth sits at the crossroad of those two things, as it’s one of the essential materials that will let you upgrade your Tundra Outfit and Pelt Amor to something with a little more heft. In particular, the Heat and Cold Resistant Metal Armor, and their refined versions.

These armor sets will give your health and defense a huge boost, and let you tackle the Towers and Alpha Pals without worrying about being one shot. And, fortunately, getting High Quality Cloth is easy.

You can opt to do it manually, by unlocking High Quality Cloth at level 36 in the Technology Menu. Once you’ve done that, you can then craft it at any workbench for 10 wool per High Quality Cloth. But there’s an even easier way to get High Quality Cloth.

You just need to set up a ranch for Sibelyx. Sibelyx is the only Pal that can create High Quality Cloth naturally, and this silken moth will do it endlessly for you if you have a ranch.

To find Sibelyx, head over to the Astral Mountain, to the north of the map. Sibelyx blends in slightly with the environment, as it’s white, but it likes to lurk along the edges of the map and western side in particular.

Once you have a Sibelyx, head over to your base and create a ranch. Ranches can be created as early as level 5 in your base, using the Technology Menu, and only require wood, stone, and fiber to make. Build your ranch, then add Sibelyx to your base.

With that done, you’re good to go. Sibelyx will produce High Quality Cloth naturally. It’s a good idea to set up a box near the ranch and include a Pal with the “Transportation” work trait, which is indicated by the box icon beneath its stats.

If you have a Transportation Pal, it will then pick up any High Quality Cloth your Sibelyx produces and store it in the box for you, ensuring you’re getting all the High Quality Cloth that your Pal creates.
