Resident Evil 4 Two Bugs

How to Earn “Two Bugs, One Stone” Trophy/Achievement in Resident Evil 4 Remake

Kill two parasites inside a Regenerador with a single bullet

In Chapter 13 of the Resident Evil 4 Remake, gamers will come across “Regeneradors,” some of the creepiest monsters in the entire game. With glowing orange eyes, Mr. Fantastic-esque apendages that can grab prey from across the room, and an ability to rebuild their bodies from damage, Regeneradors are some of the toughest enemies in the entire game. As if these regenerating, Plagas-fueled bioweapons were not already enough of a challenge, one of the game’s trophies/achievements called “Two Bugs, One Stone” tasks players to “kill two parasites inside a Regenerador with a single bullet.” Here is how to conquer this sharpshooting challenge and obtain the “Two Bugs, One Stone” trophy/achievement in the Resident Evil 4 Remake.

The Regeneradors found in the Resident Evil 4 Remake can only be killed by destroying the three parasites inside of their bodies. Any other damage will be absorbed, inhibiting the creatures only momentarily before they fully recover.

In order to see where the location of the parasites inside of the Regeneradors, you must first obtain the Biosensor Scope. For more information on where to find the Biosensor Scope, follow the related article below.

Once you have obtained the Biosensor Scope, which provides Predator-like thermal vision, you need to shoot two of the Regenerador’s parasites simultaneously in order to obtain the “Two Bugs, One Stone” trophy/achievement. As seen in the image above, the parasites are the glowing blobs, serving as the Regenerador’s internal organs.

The easiest way to obtain the trophy/achievement is to shoot one of the Regeneradors, while it is still suspended in one the purplish liquid containers located in the Incubation Lab, where the Biosensor Scope is also found (instead of having to complete the feat against a moving target).

However, if you do attempt to earn the trophy/achievement against a mobile Regenerador, aim in the space slightly between each of the parasites. Whether against a suspended or live Regenerador, once you have shot killed two parasites with one bullet, the “Two Bugs, One Stone” trophy/achievement will pop and be added to your collection, depending on your platform of preference.
