There is a small list of elixirs that players can craft in Diablo 4, and one of the best on that list is the Precision Elixir due to the increase in critical strike chance and damage for 30 minutes. Like all the other recipes though, you need the right ingredients on hand, and I’m here to list exactly what you need.
Precision Elixir Recipe in Diablo 4
The Precision Elixir requires Gallowvine and Blightshade as the two base ingredients to craft it in Diablo 4. When I made the weak version of the potion, I used 15 Gallowvine and 5 Blightshade for one use, which isn’t too hard to get as you explore the map of Sanctuary. However, there are different strength levels for each elixir and you can find all of the Precision Elixir recipes below.
Precision Elixir Recipes:
- Weak Precision Elixir – 15 Gallowvine, 5 Blightshade
- Precision Elixir – 15 Gallowvine, 9 Blightshade, 6 Paletongue, 3 Grave Dust
- Strong Precision Elixir – 15 Gallowvine, 10 Blightshade, 8 Paletongue, 5 Grave Dust
Each tier of this potion will only be incremental increases to the overall buff given, but they aren’t anything to overlook. By the time you reach the Strong Precision Elixir at level 60, you will get a 4% increase in Critical Strike Chance, a 25% increase in Critical Strike Damage, and the standard 5% increase in experience gained.

Of all the ingredients listed above, the Paletongue will be the toughest to collect, so save them while you can in Diablo 4. Gallowvine and Blightshade will both be fairly easy to refine or harvest, so don’t sweat that side of the potion. And you can always opt for a slightly weaker version.
