In order to get the Fishing hat in Valheim you need one of each fish that are currently in the game. There are 12 of them, so here’s a list of all fish in Valheim for you:
- Perch
- Pike
- Tuna
- Tetra
- Troll Fish
- Giant Herring
- Grouper
- Coral Cod
- Anglerfish
- Magmafish
- Pufferfish
- Northern Salmon
You will need a variety of baits for all of these, and of course, to travel all around the world to catch them all. It is well worth it, though, as it saves a lot of time in your future fishing endeavors.
How to Make a Fishing Hat in Valheim?
In order to make a Fishing Hat in Valheim, you need to be at your Workbench. Have all 12 fish ready and the “secret” recipe will appear. As soon as you finish the craft, you can wear it and try it out.
What Does Fishing Hat do in Valheim?
When wearing the Fishing Hat, you will get +20 on your Fishing and Swimming Skills. It also gives you 8 Armor, if it’s of any relevance to you. Rather not use it in combat, because it’s tedious to get all the crafting materials if it breaks.
