There are five key objectives you need to tackle in the Resultion Challenge, all of which must be completed within the same BitLife year, as the theme of this trial is self-improvement. All of the missions you need to get done are as follows.

  • Go on a diet.
  • Go to the gym 10 times.
  • Read 10 books.
  • Meditate 10 times.
  • Go to the club and forget it.

You can tackle these quests in any order you like as long as you make sure you get all five done within the same year. If you age up at any point, your progress will be reset, which means you’ll need to start from scratch all over again.

Go on a diet in BitLife

The first key mission is to go on a diet. This is one of the easier missions to get done, especially early on, so it’s a great one to start with. Click the Activities tab in the bottom right corner, select the Mind & Body section, and choose the Diet option.

Then, navigate through the drop-down menu to select whichever type of diet you want to go on. They all cost varying amounts of money, generally ranging from around $400 to $900, so you’ll need to have some cash to actually get this task done.

Go to the gym 10 times in BitLife

Next up, you need to visit the gym 10 times. Select the Activities tab, choose Mind & Body, and locate the Gym option. Ensure you have enough cash, as you’ll need $40 to visit the gym each time, and select the Go to the gym option. Repeat this process 10 times within the same year to check off this quest.

Read 10 books in BitLife

Now it’s time for some reading, as you must get through 10 books for the next trial. Choose the Activities tab, select the Mind & Body section, and choose the Book option. Look through the drop-down menu to find a book you want to read, then select the Read it option to give it a go. Repeat this same process 10 times to complete the task.

Meditate 10 times in BitLife

It’s now time to be mindful, as you must meditate 10 times to check off the next quest. Once again, click the Activities tab, choose Mind & Body, and select the Meditate option. As soon as you do, you’ll instantly complete one meditation session, no cash required. Repeat this process a total of 10 times to get it done.

Go to the club and forget it in BitLife

The final mission to tackle is to visit a club and forget about it. Click the Activities tab, then scroll down to find the Nightlife section. Choose it, then decide between one of the available clubs to visit. If you don’t get into one on the first try, keep at it until you eventually gain entry. As soon as you do, the Resolution Challenge will officially be complete.

If you’re up for more trials, there are loads of other missions you can tackle in BitLife. Next, you might work on completing the New Year, New You Challenge, obtaining every License, completing the Humbug Challenge, and summoning a ghost.
