How to Complete the Phantom Flipper Challenge in BitLife

Below are the five tasks you must complete for the Phantom Flipper Challenge in BitLife:

  • Become an exorcist
  • Purchase 10+ haunted properties
  • Exorcise 15+ spirits
  • Earn $5,000,000+ profit by flipping haunted properties
  • Live in a haunted mansion

To begin, create a new character and age up until they turn 18. Since becoming an exorcist doesn’t require a university degree, you can head straight into the full-time job listings and scroll down until you find the Exorcist job role. If it doesn’t appear immediately, close and re-open your BitLife app and recheck the list until it shows up. Apply for the position and pass the interview to become an exorcist.

Once you become an exorcist, start saving enough money to buy houses. Since you’ll have to buy at least ten haunted properties throughout your character’s life, you’ll want to start as soon as possible. To make money relatively quickly, take the following steps:

  • Buy a low-price haunted property, such as a Haunted Loft or Bungalow.
  • Exorcise the spirits in it until it is no longer haunted
  • Sell the property immediately to gain quick profit
  • Rinse and repeat

You’ll knock out three tasks in one by taking the steps above. Not only will you profit over time, but you’ll consistently exorcise spirits while purchasing houses. If you don’t see any properties you can afford, you can either spend a few more years making more money or close and re-open the BitLife app to find cheaper homes.

Just be careful with you’re exorcising spirits! If you fail too often and lower their friendliness, they’ll begin attacking you after each attempt. In some cases, they’ll severely reduce your health or even kill you instantly. If a spirit starts getting restless and aggressive, you may have to take a short detour to raise your health again before trying again.

Another important note is to make sure you’re selling houses that are still haunted. While exorcising spirits and selling non-haunted properties is a great way to make some cash early on, these will not count towards the $5m+ profit task. You’ll have to rely on renovations and increases in property value over the years to profit from your lots while ensuring that you’re keeping them haunted. Buying several castles, mansions and other high-value buildings and selling them years later will help you accomplish this.

After finishing all five tasks, you’ll complete the Phantom Flipper Challenge in BitLife!
