How To Beat Level 18-20 in Cookie Run Kingdom (CRK)

As you delve deeper into Cookie Run Kingdom’s episodes, you’ll find yourself facing some significant challenges. And 18-20 is a chapter that proves to be a hard hurdle for even the most prepared players.

Use Crimson Coral Cookie as your frontline tank, Squid Ink Cookie and Black Pearl as your mid-laners, and Tarte Tatin and Snapdragon as your backline. However, there are a few alternatives if you don’t have these cookies, or they aren’t adequately level for the challenge ahead.

First to know is that the boss of this episode, M. Cursor, is immune to Freeze and that this is not the time to use your glass cannon cookies. With that being said, some of the best cookies to use in this fight are the following.

  • Crimson Coral Cookie – Ideal. Front lane. Best toppings are Swift Chocolate (Sea Salt) and Searing Raspberry (Sea Salt).
  • Financier Cookie – Alternative. Front lane. Best topping is Swift Chocolate (M) and Sold Almond (M).
  • Squid Ink Cookie – Ideal. Middle lane. Best toppings are Searing Raspberry (M) and Swift Chocolate (M).
  • Black Pearl Cookie – Ideal. Middle lane. Best toppings are Swift Chocolate, Searing Raspberry, and Solid Almond.
  • Sherbert Cookie – Alternative. Middle lane. Best toppings are Swift Chocolate and Solid Almond.
  • Clotted Cream Cookie – Alternative. Middle lane. Best toppings are Searing Raspberry (M) and Swift Chocolate (M).
  • Tarte Tatin Cookie – Ideal. Rear lane. Best topping is Searing Raspberry (Draconic).
  • Snapdragon Cookie – Ideal. Rear lane. Best topping is Swift Chocolate (Draconic).
  • Crème Brûlée Cookie – Alternative. Rear lane. Best topping is Searing Raspberry (M).

Once you have your team in order, you’ll need to equip your treasures. The ideal treasures are the Dream Conductor’s Whistle, Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch, Old Pilgrim’s Scroll, and Sugar Swan’s Shining Feather.

I highly recommend the Old Pilgrim’s Scroll, Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch, and the Dream Conductor’s Whistle if you’re running the ideal build. However, the Revival Scroll isn’t a bad option either.

  • Dream Conductor’s Whistle – At the beginning of the battle, increase CRIT% for all allies by 15.0% and grants the Whistle buff to the two Cookies with the highest ATK. The Whistle buff increases their ATK by X% and DMG Resist by Y%. When the two Cookies with the Whistle buff are defeated, heals 30.0% of each team member’s Max HP.
  • Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch – Decreases Cooldown for all Cookies by X% and increases their ATK by Y%.
  • Old Pilgrim’s Scroll – Increases ATK for all Cookies by X%.
  • Sugar Swan’s Shining Feather – Revives the first fallen Cookie with X% of their Max HP. Their Cooldown resets upon revival.
