It’s finally here! The long awaited and much teased Wave 4 for Fire Emblem Engage has arrived. And with it comes a pretty hefty new story and characters. But if you’re not certain how to start it, you’re not alone. Here’s how to access the Fell Xenologue DLC in Fire Emblem Engage.
How to Access the Fell Xenologue DLC in Fire Emblem Engage
Fire Emblem Engage has gotten a series of new updates, including a Patch and the release of Wave 4. If you’ve played through the previous updates, you’re likely expecting to access this new content on the overworld map.
But that’s not the case! The Fell Xenologue DLC takes place in an entirely new world, and so we’ll need to take a tumble down a rabbit hole to get to it.
In this case, the rabbit hole is actually a well!
Head to the Somniel. Or, if you’re already in the Somniel, go to the Overworld map then return to the Somniel. You’ll be approached by Vander, who will tell you that something odd is happening at the Ancient Well. If you haven’t returned to Fire Emblem Engage in quite some time, the Ancient Well is a new feature brought in with Wave 3.

Usually, the Well offers a strange function. It has the capability of turning weapons and items into something a little more valuable. But now, you can use it to access the Fell Xenologue DLC! If you’re not sure where the Well is, never fear.
Either walk or use quick travel to go to the Training Plaza. Just west of the statue of Alear will be the Well. Interact with it, select Fell Xenologue, and you’ll begin the DLC.
