There is a great deal of excitement circulating in the Fortnite Battle Royale community thanks to the official arrival of Chapter 2 Season 3. This new chapter of content for the game has added a plethora of new content for players to experience and enjoy when they are playing. One of the most significant additions in Chapter 2 Season 3 is the shark. Yes, players can encounter and ride sharks to navigate the aquatic world that is now the map of Fortnite. Fortunately, we have everything you need to know to ride a shark in Fortnite.
How to Ride a Shark in Fortnite
Players who would like to ride a shark will need first to find a fishing rod and add it to your inventory. Once you have acquired a fishing rod, head to a body of water and cast your fishing line as if you were trying to catch any fish. You will know a shark is nearby to ride when you see its fin sticking out of the water. Keep your line cast, and the shark should approach it and grab it. This will then cause your character to get propelled into the air and begin to ride the animal thanks to a set of jet skis.
You are now able to use the creature to go all across the water-covered map and use this new transportation system to help you secure Victory Royales.

We recommend getting into a boat and driving around for the best chance of being able to quickly find one of these creatures instead of waiting around at one body of water and hoping one approach you when you are fishing.
There is no doubt that players who can learn and master the ability to ride a shark will become very skilled in making their way around the new map that has been introduced in Chapter 2 Season 3.
