How to Get a Hyper Scape Drop

Currently, those who want to get a Hyper Scape drop will have to watch eligible streams in hopes of a Twitch Drop. If this happens while you’re watching, you’ll receive a code to the PC technical test and can redeem it through Uplay. However, to be eligible for a code, you’ll need to have your Twitch and UPlay accounts linked before a drop occurs.

If your accounts are linked and you’re watching a stream during a Twitch Drop, then you’ll be able to redeem your Hyper Scape code and begin playing the game. When you’ve been notified of your code, simply download the code via the Uplay client, pop your code in, and you’ll be all set. If you’re still waiting on a code, you can find a full streaming schedule on the Hyper Scape Twitter account. With that being said, the PC technical test is only for a very limited time, but Ubisoft has already promised that future tests will be coming, so there will likely be a similar process to getting a key.

Further, it seems likely that a Hyper Scape beta could be on the horizon for those who have been able to get a game code. At the time of writing, Ubisoft hasn’t revealed any beta dates, but you can stay up to date by signing up for the email list on the Hyper Scape website. Keep an eye on your inbox and you’ll likely get all the info you need on any upcoming Hyper Scape beta codes. If we had to guess, the beta key code process will be similar to the current process, but we can’t say for sure.

If you haven’t heard of Hyper Scape, it is a new battle royale game from Ubisoft, similar to that of Fortnite and Apex Legends. However, it does differ in one key way — towards the end of the game, a crown will appear and any team who can hold onto it for 45 seconds will automatically be declared victorious, even if other teams are still alive. If you’d like to know more about the game, be sure to check out our preview.
