How Old is Dumbledore in Hogwarts Legacy?
Although this hurts to say, Dumbledore does not make an appearance in Hogwarts Legacy. This is because the game takes place in the year 1890.
For those who are unaware, Dumbledore was born in the year 1881. Since Hogwarts Legacy takes place in 1890, Dumbledore would only be nine years old!
This means he would be just too young to attend Hogwarts. In fact, Dumbledore actually ends up joining the magical school only two years after the events of Hogwarts Legacy.
Smells like a sequel to me…
Now that I think about it, it really seems like Avalanche Software is building up to a young-Dumbledore-featured sequel to Hogwarts Legacy. I’m sure all Harry Potter fans will be foaming at the mouth at this idea!
But yes, Dumbledore would be nine years old during the events of Hogwarts Legacy, which is odd to think about.
