The new skin is inspired by the musician Dimitri Vegas and it will be free for all players on August 22nd. So why is it free? According to WB and NetherRealm, it is a way to say thanks to the artist that helped out with the Mortal Kombat 11 soundtrack for promotional materials, including trailers and exciting first looks.

We don’t know what the skin will look like exactly, but a quick google search shows off what the musician looks like, and that’s close enough for now until we get a full reveal.
