The Sinnoh Region Celebration Event is one of the first significant pieces of content arriving in Pokemon GO in February 2020. This particular event will see characters from the Sinnoh Region appear more frequently throughout the mobile game. Trainers will also have the chance to catch the shiny version of Riolu during this February 2020 event for the title. How to Catch Shiny Riolu in Pokemon GO
Players will be given the ability to encounter this special version of Riolu during the schedule of the Sinnoh Region Celebration Event. The event begins at 8 AM local time on Friday, February 7th. It will then conclude at 10 PM local time on Monday, February 10th. This schedule means players will have a little over three days to enjoy everything the Pokemon GO Sinnoh Region Celebration Event has to offer and possibly encounter a Shiny Riolu.
Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way to make sure you run into a Shiny Riolu during the event. You will have to pray to the RNG gods that they will bless you and allow you to run into this character if you are interested in adding it to your team.
There is no doubt that there will be a vast multitude of Trainers going around and doing their best to encounter and catch this creature during the Sinnoh Region celebration event this weekend.
