How to Complete The Negotiator Task in Gray Zone Warfare
The Negotiator mission can be obtained from Gunny, but it gets unlocked after you complete the previous quests, which involve the military bunker YBL-1. The objective is simple – you have to locate the negotiator or find out what has happened to him.Â
- The YBL-1 camp is located in square 143 121, and the nearest landing zone is at Lima 2 (map square 144 120).Â
- There are plenty of enemies to engage within the camp. You’re looking for the YBL-1 Office 2 key, where the negotiator is being kept.Â
- The key spawns randomly, and it could take you at least some time before you can find it. If you’re in a party, only one member will need to get the key.
- After you get the key, enter the YBL-1 Office and take the stairs to reach the bottom level.Â
- Once you reach the end of the stairs, turn left and use the key to unlock the immediate room.
- After unlocking the room, step inside it to update the quest.Â
The biggest challenge of this mission is to get the key, as it spawns randomly. That said, make sure to coordinate with your party (as only one player needs to get the key to unlock the room).
Once you return to base, report back to Gunny to complete the quest and obtain the rewards. Completing The Negotiator task will also improve your reputation with Gunny, and you can choose more advanced quests as well.Â
Before you can complete missions like these, there are three starter quests as well that serve as the basics. Make sure to complete all three, which will allow you to get better missions from all the vendors.Â
