God of War – Don’t Blink Treasure Map Guide

As you explore the various realms in God of War, you’ll discover treasure map scrolls that offer clues on where to find hidden treasure. One of these treasure maps is called Don’t Blink. Don’t Blink Treasure Map Location

The Don’t Blink treasure map scroll in God of War is found inside Fafnir’s Storeroom, which is located in a cave along the west edge of the Lake of Nine. This location becomes available once you make your way through the Light of Alfheim chapter and speak to Sindri, who will give you the optional Fafnir’s Horde side quest.

When you reach Fafnir’s Storeroom, walk along the stone path to the pedestal in the center where you will place the entry stone. On the ground beside the pedestal, you’ll find the Don’t Blink treasure map scroll.

The clue on the scroll says: “My journey will be long and I can only carry the essentials. I leave my possessions under the watchful eyes of the face of stone until I return.”

Don’t Blink Treasure Map Solution

If you have begun your trek toward The Mountain, then the “face of stone” mentioned in the scroll clue may sound familiar. That’s because the treasure is found just before you enter the mountain itself.

To find the Don’t Blink treasure, you must play through the main story questline in God of War until you reach the Inside the Mountain mission. Clear out the black breath and begin scaling the mountain face. When you eventually reach the large wooden door, turn around to face the outside of the cave and look for a snow-covered path to the left. 

Along the path, look for a mound on the ground near the edge of the cliff. When you face toward the cave entrance, you should notice that your perspective resembles that of the image in the Don’t Blink treasure map. Collect the buried treasure to obtain the Legendary Glacial Catalyst upgrade, a weapon enchantment, some Soft Svartalfheim Steel, and a few thousand Hacksilver.
