Genshin Impact “Starlit Sky” Web Event Guide

Prizes coming out of the skies

While Genshin Impact has cooled down a bit after the last in-game events, there’s still a lot going on in the game, such as the new Starlit Sky Web Event, the newest way for players to get some free resources (including Primogems) for the game at the cost of doing some quick point-and-click actions.

The event runs from February 5 to February 11, so make sure you don’t miss it. Click here to participate in this firework-themed event and get the chance to win even more prizes like an iPhone or a PS5.

How to Play the Starlit Sky Web Event for Genshin Impact

This web event plays very similar to the TCG-themed event hosted a few months ago, but luckily it doesn’t try to restrict players from using their phones for it. Your goal is to collect all of the 11 Fireworks Cards to get your in-game rewards, and you can then take part in the Prize Draw for other real-life rewards.

To collect a Firework Card, just click on the Look for Firework Cards option in the middle of the screen. You start with 11 draw chances and can get more by completing the usual Web Event daily tasks (such as sharing the event or accessing Hoyoverse’s media channels). If you played the TCG event, you know it can take a while before getting them all, but you’ll eventually get there.

After getting all cards, open the Card Inventory tab, select any card you own, and click on Display Fireworks to change the background to said card. This will also complete one of the missions, giving you a total of x40 Primogems, x20,000 Mora, and x2 Mystic Enhancement Ores that you can claim in the Card Collection Draw Prize option at the left corner.

As for the actual Prize Draw, take note of your number displayed at the bottom of the screen when opening this tab. The draw will happen on February 13, giving the following prizes to 10 lucky winners:

  • 1st prize – iPhone 14 Pro Max
  • 2nd prizes – PS5 x3
  • 3rd prize – iPad mini 6 x6

Good luck to all travelers, and enjoy the fireworks!
