Forza Horizon 5 | List of All Unlockable Car Mastery Cars

If you’ve been working to collect every single car in Forza Horizon 5, you may find yourself wondering which cars may be worth purchasing due to them having other cars that can be unlocked in their Car Mastery perks. You know, sort of a “buy one, get one free” deal.

In total, there are five such cars in Forza Horizon 5. And to help you make informed purchasing decisions, we’ve put together a list of all the cars that have other cars that can be unlocked via Car Mastery in Forza Horizon 5! 

Forza Horizon 5 | List of All Unlockable Car Mastery Cars

In Forza Horizon 5, you can earn Skill Points and spend them on Car Mastery perks, with different cars offering different perks. Some offer things like XP and Wheelspins, while a few select others offer a completely different, unlockable car. 

Naturally, knowing which cars give you the opportunity to unlock additional cars can come in handy when it comes to collecting cars in Forza Horizon 5. In total, there are five cars in Forza Horizon 5 that will let you unlock a different vehicle by spending Skill Points on Car Mastery perks. 

To view these Car Mastery perks and spend Skill Points, simply open your menu, select Cars, then at the bottom right corner, select Car Mastery (as shown in the image above).

There, you’ll see the Car Mastery bonuses that you can unlock with the current car you’re using. When you switch cars, you’ll see that vehicle’s Car Mastery options. Note that your accrued Skill Points can be used on any car’s Mastery Skill Tree.

For example, if you have 50 Skill Points you can spend a few of them on one car’s Mastery perks like XP or a Wheelspin, a few on another to get a car, and so on and so forth. Below, we’ve listed the cars that have other cars that can be unlocked via Car Mastery, and what those unlockable Car Mastery cars are. 

We’ve also included information on how to acquire the cars that have unlockable Car Mastery vehicles, with the listed cars organized by price in Credits from cheapest to most expensive.

List of All Unlockable Car Mastery Cars

  • 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (50,000 Credits, Wheelspin) – Can unlock the 2013 DeBerti Wrangler Unlimited

  • 1969 Dodge Charger R/T (103,000 Credits, Wheelspin, “Long Gone” Accolade) – Can unlock the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona Hemi

  • 1997 Lamborghini Diablo SV (174,000 Credits, Wheelspin) – Can unlock the 1999 Lamborghini Diablo GTR 

  • 1995 Porsche 911 GT2 (550,000 Credits, Wheelspin) – Can unlock the 1991 Hoonigan Porsche 911 Turbo RWB

  • 1990 Mazda Savanna RX-7 (Wheelspin, “Three of a Kind” Accolade) – Can unlock the 1992 Hoonigan Mazda RX-7 Twerkstallion

As you can see from that list, most of those vehicles can be purchased outright like the 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for 50,000 Credits. The one exception is the 1990 Mazda Savanna RX-7 which can only be acquired via Wheelspins or completion of the “Three of a Kind” Accolade.

To recap, there are five vehicles in Forza Horizon 5 that will let you unlock a different car by spending Skill Points on the vehicle’s Car Mastery perks. These vehicles include the 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, 1969 Dodge Charger R/T, 1997 Lamborghini Diablo SV, 1995 Porsche 911 GT2, and the 1990 Mazda Savanna RX-7.
