In Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8, players won’t have new named locations to explore but there are a number of changes made to the map such as the appearance of crash sites and an anomaly called the Sideways.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 | Where to Find Shanty Town
In Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8, players will want to explore all areas of the map as there are new collectible Color Bottles that can be scooped up at various locations, including Shanty Town.
At Shanty Town, you’ll find three Color Bottles of Ghoulish Green so it’s well worth paying this location a visit. For those unfamiliar with Shanty Town, the first thing you should know is that this isn’t a named location you can find on the map.
Instead, it’s an unmarked area west of Sludgy Swamp (formerly Slurpy Swamp). In the map image above, we’ve marked exactly where you can find Shanty Town.
Additionally, we have an image below showing the buildings and structures you’ll find at Shanty Town.
Once you’re there, we recommend going around and picking up all three Color Bottles of Ghoulish Green. We have two circled in red in the image above, while the third can be found under the building to the left of the red arrow.
After collecting all three Color Bottles, you’re all set! Plus, having paid a visit to Shanty Town, you’ll be able to easily return to that location as needed throughout the season.
