How to Defeat Jedah

You will have to face off against Jedah twice during the campaign for Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The first time you face off against him is during Act 4, while playing as Celica. As a Cantor, one of Jedah’s favorite things to do is summon enemies (in this case, Mogalls), which will fight for him and hold off Celica’s forces. Meanwhile, Jedah will begin to gain 10 HP per turn after you reach the fourth turn of the fight.

The best way to take Jedah down during this fight is to have promoted Atlas to a Sniper, as well as Leon. This will allow you to attach Jedah from far away, which can be very helpful when trying to wear down his HP and keep him from constantly regenerating his HP pool. This tactic, of course, only works if you chose to make Atlas an Archer when you changed his class from Villager, so if you did not do that, then the best course of action is to work your way towards Jedah with Celica and her friends. Then, once you can surround him, simply deal as much damage as possible to him.

When you fight Jedah a second time during Act 5, he won’t be nearly as easy to fight, and he isn’t easy in Act 4, so that’s saying a lot. The biggest tactic here is to dogpile him with various characters, especially some of your stronger melee characters—like Saber. Get in around Jedah, and then start taking down his health, and don’t stop. Breaking away will force you to have to reset your attacks, which could allow him to regain a significant amount of health during the downtime.

Sadly, there really aren’t any better tactics currently available to take Jedah down. These were the most helpful for us, and while we’ll continue to search for new tactics, right now these are the only real options available to players.
