Is the Gold Saucer too grindy for you? Then this is the perfect time to waste even more hours in this virtual casino! The Make It Rain Campaign is making another comeback. This seasonal event is the best time of the year to farm for some MGP as all earnings from the Saucer’s attractions are increased. And you certainly wouldn’t wanna miss this year’s edition. Here’s our guide on the Make It Rain Campaign Event in Final Fantasy 14.

The Make It Rain Campaign (2023) Guide and Rewards

Ranging from June 30 at 1:00 AM to July 17 at 7:59 AM PT, all MGP earnings in the Saucer will increase by 50%. This goes from smaller gains from the Mini Cactpot and game machines to GATEs and Fashion Reports. MGP cards from Wondrous Tails and/or Moogle Tomestone events are not counted, though.

During the same period, the special Event Quest “A Golden Opportunity” will also be available in Ul’dah at X: 9.4, Y: 9.2 with Kipih Jakkya, right next to the Itinerant Moogle. By helping her write a new article (this can be hard sometimes, trust me!), you get a few rewards including the exclusive Godbert Manderville Minion.

All players at Level 15 and higher who have already left their home city (AKA completed  “The Gridanian Envoy,” “The Ul’dahn Envoy,” or “The Lominsan Envoy.” quest) can participate in this event, and the quest is very straightforward too, so you should be done with it in a few minutes.

After that, it’s all fun and games in the Saucer for a few weeks. A special selection of items should also be available through a special event NPC next to the main counter, which includes some glamour pieces and some other items for a discounted price. Make sure to grab those while you can!

If you haven’t got the most expensive mounts yet, such as the Sabotender Emperador or the Blackjack Airship, this is definitely the moment. Ask for your FC leaders to activate the extra MGP buffs if they can, as this is the best time to do so.
