The Yakaku Dogi is part of the Yakaku Attire set, which is rewarded upon the completion of the quest called An Auspicious Opportunity. You can accept the quest from Mehdjina in Old Sharlayan, who’s located around the (X: 11.8, Y: 9.8) coordinates, provided you meet the prerequisites for doing so. This quest, introduced in patch 6.3, is the most recent in the Tataru’s Grand Endeavor questline, so you’ll need to be caught up if you wish to grab yourself the glamour set.

In addition, you’ll also need to have completed The Four Lords questline to begin the new quest. The Four Lords questline is from the Stormblood expansion, which has you battling through several optional dungeon and trial duties. Though it’s not part of the main scenario questline, it’s very much worth completing.

An Auspicious Opportunity is a relatively simple quest to complete and will have you traveling and speaking to various characters in Kugane and its surrounding areas.
