The Salon Server attire set can be obtained via crafting as a Disciple of the Hand by using a brand new material known as Hagnos Cloth. Currently, the only way to obtain Hagnos Cloth is from the new Shifting Gymnasion Agonon treasure dungeon introduced in patch 6.3. Of course, you could buy the cloth and/or the attire set yourself from the market board, but given that it’s so new, you’ll be spending quite a hefty amount of Gil for each item.

The Hagnos Cloth is a rare drop from the coffers inside the Shifting Gymnasion Agonon treasure dungeon, so you’ll have to get lucky for a chance to grab one. Luckily, each piece of clothing from the Salon Server’s set only requires one Hagnos Cloth per item.
