Hogwarts Legacy features multiple ways to gain exclusive cosmetics mounts, quests and even new places to explore, with the Dark Arts pack being one of the most notable examples. Here’s a list of every item in Hogwarts Legacy’s Dark Arts Pack.
Everything Included in the Dark Arts Pack in Hogwarts Legacy
There are three main parts to the Dark Arts Pack that you’ll find after obtaining it through Deluxe Edition or purchasing separately: The Thestral Mount, Dark Arts Cosmetic Set, and the Dark Arts Battle Arena.
Thestral Mount
The first is the Thestral Mount, which, much like the pre-order exclusive Onyx Hippogriff, allows you to traverse the in-game environment faster than walking on foot. You can also house the Thestral in your Room of Requirement’s Vivarium.
Dark Arts Cosmetic Set
The second part is the Dark Arts Cosmetic set, featuring an entirely new set of clothes you can wear to differentiate yourself from other students. Its style is much darker than default outfits, with decorative skulls and smoke helping to define the clothes. The Dark Arts Garrison hat is also available as a Digital Deluxe Edition Exclusive alongside this cosmetic set.
Dark Arts Battle Arena
Last but not least is the Dark Arts Battle Arena. Located in the Forbidden Forest, you can access the Battle Arena and fight waves of enemies using Unforgivable curses and other damage spells. Rather than having to unlock them all before entering, you’ll have each curse available to try out!
How to Get the Dark Arts Pack in Hogwarts Legacy
Before the game’s launch, the only way to get the Dark Arts Pack in Hogwarts Legacy was to purchase the Deluxe Edition. This edition came with the pack alongside a second exclusive mount, the Dark Arts Garrison hat, and 72 hours of Early Access. If you’re on PlayStation, you’d also get the Felix Felicis Potion Recipe and Haunted Hogsmeade Shop quest as exclusive content.
However, now that the game is out for various platforms, you can buy the Dark Arts pack in-game through the Additional Content tab. This brings you to a Dark Arts Pack store page, allowing you to purchase it separately from the game.
Alternatively, if you’re playing on Nintendo Switch, you can purchase the Dark Arts Pack through the Nintendo eShop for $19.99 or your regional equivalent.
