Everything We Know About Redfall So Far Gameplay Trailers Release Date and More

Everything Included in Redfall Bite Back Edition

Biting back at vampires and your wallet.

Redfall is right around the corner, so naturally, Arkane fans and Xbox Game Pass owners are gleaming with excitement. The co-op open world vampire shooter is holding a lot of promise, between the team’s first foray into multiplayer and the same expansive sandbox the team is known for. Some of you, in fact, likely are looking to pick up the larger edition. Here’s everything included in the Bite Back edition of Redfall.

It’s important to note before we go into details that this edition is not part of Xbox Game Pass. The subscription service gives you the base game, and the add-on content must be purchased separately or through buying the game. With that covered, the Bite Back Edition gives eight different items in total. One of those items is the base game, with the other seven being different forms of downloadable content. Those extras are as follows:

  • Redfall Hero Pass with Two Future Heroes
  • Laser Beam Multi-Weapon Skin
  • Tactical Knife Stake Weapon Attachment
  • Northern Expedition Devinder Outfit
  • Eyes in the Dark Jacob Outfit
  • War Clothes Layla Outfit
  • Engineer Volunteer Remi Outfit

As a bonus, getting the Physical version of the Bite Back Edition will gift two bonus rewards (though does NOT include the base game):

  • Exclusive Steelbook
  • Bite Back Physical Patch

Almost everything in the Bite Back Edition is entirely cosmetic, excluding two bonuses. The first is the Redfall Hero Pass, which is bringing two additional heroes to the game after launch. These will likely possess different abilities, so it’s easily the highest value if you’re looking to return to the game in the future. The other is the Tactical Knife Stake attachment, which presumably will cause additional melee damage when you have the weapon equipped.

As for whether it’s worth it, that’s going to be up to how much you value the Hero Pass. You’ll be able to purchase it separately in the future (or at least, that should be the case), but the rest is up in the air. If you trust Arkane enough to where you think you’ll fall in love with the experience, we’d say shell out the extra cash.
