NBA 2K25 has been officially announced by 2K Sports, and it’s the latest entry in the annual sports series from Visual Concepts and 2K. The title is coming to current and last-generation consoles as well as PC through Steam. The multiplayer aspect is a big part of the series, with multiple modes to choose from, and that’s no different here. However, does NBA 2K25 have crossplay support? Here is everything you need to know.

This confirms a few things, which are pretty disappointing for not only PC players but last-generation console owners. PC players will only be able to play with each other, and there is no mention of PS4, Xbox One, or the Nintendo Switch having any form of crossplay support either. NBA 2K account is required for crossplay apart from the paid online console subscription.
NBA 2K25 Release Date
NBA 2K25 is coming to PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on September 6, 2024.
While PC players are finally getting the next-gen versions, it’s a shame that they won’t be able to play with console players.
