Can You Play Locally With Friends in LEGO Fortnite?

According to an official Blog Post by Epic Games, there is currently no option to play LEGO Fortnite in split-screen mode. This may come as a shock since the standard Battle Royale mode does allow players to jump into split-screen play for Duos or Squads gameplay, but this new mode may not be ready to handle all of the action of the new LEGO World.

How Can You Play Co-Op With Friends in LEGO Fortnite?

If you’re hoping to have a friend or two join you, you can invite them directly from the lobby of the game. While there may not be any split screen available, Cross-Play is still enabled, so you can play with your friends regardless of the console or device they choose to join in on. LEGO Fortnite is available on all platforms, Mobile and Cloud included, so players can join from anywhere.
