Assassin’s Creed Mirage is the newest entry in the 15-year-old franchise and celebrates the iconic franchise’s history in more ways than one. Not only is this a more predominantly stealth-focused game, straying away from the recent Action RPG roots that it has laid down, but also brings a variety of changes to the classic formula. However, it’s a rather short and sweet game, so fans may be wondering if they’ll be able to start it all over again with the powers and items that they’ve earned or if they’ll need to find a new Assassin’s Creed game to jump into to relive these memories.
Can You Play New Game + In Assassin’s Creed Mirage?
Unfortunately, for those hoping to relive the story of Basim once again in his newly powered form, you’ll be sad to know that there is currently no New Game + option available in Assassin’s Creed Mirage. If you were hoping to take out The Order again in a variety of new ways, you’ll need to start up a whole new save file and start from the beginning.
However, if you’re hoping to play around with Basim in these beautiful Middle Eastern lands, you can still do so. Just know that you’ll need to either work through the side content that the game has for you or start working on some of the extra contracts at the Bureau if you’re looking for extra content to dive into. There are plenty of things to do, but it is a slight shame that we can’t work our way through the Order with a powered-up Basim after all we’ve been through together.
