With the game currently available in early access for those who preordered the deluxe or ultimate editions, the PlayStation trophies and Xbox achievements for the latest entry in the acclaimed dungeon-crawling action RPG series have officially been revealed. Craft any Elixir, and any Incense.

Upgrade a piece of Armor, Jewelry, and a Weapon.

Living Nightmares (Silver Trophy / 20 Gamerscore)

Complete a Sacred and Ancestral Nightmare Dungeon.

Turning the Tides (Silver Trophy / 50 Gamerscore)

Collect 1000 Aberrant Cinder in Helltide zones.

Chaotic Whispers (Silver Trophy / 50 Gamerscore)

Open 10 Caches of Chaos from the Tree of Whispers.
