Error Code 315306 simply means that the Diablo IV servers are not available in your region at this time, and you’ll just need to wait a little longer to get in. No need to panic, this always happens with Blizzard’s new launches…

Diablo IV Error Code 315306 pops up during the initial queuing process after launching the game and reads, “Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV”. Wait, you’re telling me I need a license to save Sanctuary? Well, a game license, yes.

If you’re still receiving the error even after servers have gone live, then it likely means that they’re overloaded with players attempting to log in. Diablo IV’s early access weekend had fairly long queue times, and now with the game being open to all, queue times and server populations are naturally going to be much larger.

As far as a fix, this is more of a server-sided issue, so there’s not much we can do from our end besides restarting Diablo IV and getting back in line. We get it, we’re just as eager to jump back into Sanctuary as you are!
