The Season of Dawn has brought a plethora of new weapons for Destiny 2 Guardians to earn and use in their battles against the forces of The Darkness. One of these new weapons that are now available in the popular looter-shooter by way of the Season of Dawn update is the Martyrs Retribution. Fortunately, we have everything you need to know to get the Martyrs Retribution covered for you.
Destiny 2 Martyrs Retribution
Players will need to make their way through the Mars: Obelisk Attunement mission to be granted the opportunity to obtain this particular weapon. You can grab this mission from Osiris on Mars.
Once you have gathered this Destiny 2 mission from Osiris, you will need to secure 50 salvaged BrayTech pieces. Individuals can find these salvaged BrayTech pieces by eliminating the Hive on Mars. Salvaged BrayTech pieces can also be collected from chests, so keep an eye out for any when you are making your way around.

After your collection of 50 salvaged BrayTech pieces, you will then be tasked with collecting light by securing orbs of light or taking enemies down with your super and abilities. Head back to the Mars Obelisk after you have acquired enough light and deposit it into the structure. This act will then link the Obelisk to the Sundial and will then make the Martyrs Retribution a part of the Sundial loot.
The Martyrs Retribution is a legendary energy graned launcher that possesses the perk of Wave Frame. This perk causes projectiles that are fired from the Martyrs Retribution to release a wave of energy when they make contact with the ground.
